Introducing FeelFit Studios: Your Health Plan, Built by a Real Coach

FeelFit Studios is the app at the center of FeelFit Foundation's mission: a free platform where a FeelFitter's steps, heart rate, nutrition, stress, and sleep feed a purpose-built health algorithm, so a real, trained volunteer coach can build and adjust a plan around their goals. It now has a public home where anyone can see how it works before signing in.

What the App Does

• Share your data — steps, heart rate, nutrition, stress, and sleep, logged right in the app
• A purpose-built algorithm reads that data and flags where your plan should adjust
• A real human coach uses that read to step in with a plan built around your goals
• Live virtual sessions with volunteer yoga instructors and physical trainers, whenever you need one

Every Coach Is Trained First

Coaches, trainers, and therapists inside FeelFit Studios are volunteers — 100% of them. Before any of them are matched with a FeelFitter, they go through a structured path: apply and screen, with background checks and credential verification for licensed roles like therapists and physical trainers; learn the framework for reading the app's signals and turning them into a plan a real person will follow; shadow a senior coach; and finally get certified and matched, with ongoing supervision after that.

FeelFit Studios is one part of a bigger mission — alongside our in-person community events and our AI-guided mental health program. It's why we started with a pilot of about a thousand FeelFitters, and it's how we intend to reach hundreds of millions worldwide.
