FeelFit Foundation Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information FeelFit Foundation collects from volunteers and donors, why we collect it, and how it's used. It applies to the FeelFit Foundation volunteer portal and donation pages.
Information we collect
When you register as a volunteer, we collect:
- Contact details: full name, email address, and (only if you opt in) a mobile number.
- Volunteer profile details: your associated company, quarterly availability, sport interest, skills and certifications, and reimbursement preference.
- Emergency contact and health information: an emergency contact name/phone/relationship and any health considerations you choose to share, used only for safety during in-person activities.
- Mailing address: used only to ship volunteer swag/rewards you've earned.
- Signed waivers: your liability release, photo/media release, and email/SMS consent choices, each with a digital signature and timestamp.
When you donate, payment details are collected and processed directly by our payment processors (Square and/or Stripe). We do not receive or store your full card number.
How we use your information
We use this information to operate the volunteer program: to register you, match you to opportunities, track your volunteer hours and reimbursements, keep you and others safe during activities, ship earned rewards, and send you the account and volunteer-activity emails/texts you've consented to receive. We never sell your information, and we never share your mobile number or SMS opt-in status with any third party for marketing or promotional purposes.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers we use to run the portal: our email and SMS delivery providers (to send messages you've consented to), our payment processors (to process donations), and our cloud hosting/storage provider, each solely to provide that service to us, and never for their own marketing use.
Your choices
You can review and update most of this information any time from your volunteer profile. You can opt out of emails using the unsubscribe link in any email, and opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP. See the SMS Terms & Conditions for details.
